At Renee Rose Romance, we want you to feel as beautiful as you look in our pieces. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
